Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and product quality.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding performance and teamwork.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
- Implement company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales reports and budget management.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction through effective problem-solving.
- Foster a positive work culture that emphasizes teamwork and employee development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and staff interactions.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management and financial reporting.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Passion for coffee and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in management are a plus.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
