Previous Barista experience is not necessary...but high energy, high enthusiasm, and an overwhelming commitment to Customer Service are essential!

Barista Job Responsibilities:

Provides consistently EXCELLENT customer service with a Cheerful, Friendly personality by communicating professionally, and respectfully with customers while working well with team members
Accurately prepare and serve PJ's Coffee beverages and food products according to PJ's Coffee standards
Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend menu items (coffee, pastries, etc.) to customers
Have fun serving great coffee, beignets, and more!

Requirements:

Commitment to customer service
High enthusiasm
High sense of urgency to deliver quality products at a friendly speed
Previous experience as a barista is NOT required but is an asset
Strong communication skills

Compensation: $8.25 - $14.00 per hour
