Description

Previous Barista experience is not necessary...but high energy, high enthusiasm, and an overwhelming commitment to Customer Service are essential!
 
Barista Job Responsibilities:
  • Provides consistently EXCELLENT customer service with a Cheerful, Friendly personality by communicating professionally, and respectfully with customers while working well with team members
  • Accurately prepare and serve PJ's Coffee beverages and food products according to PJ's Coffee standards
  • Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend menu items (coffee, pastries, etc.) to customers
  • Have fun serving great coffee, beignets, and more!

Requirements:
  • Commitment to customer service
  • High enthusiasm
  • High sense of urgency to deliver quality products at a friendly speed
  • Previous experience as a barista is NOT required but is an asset
  • Strong communication skills
Compensation: $8.25 - $14.00 per hour
