Pj's Coffee in Frisco, TX is looking for baristas to join our team. We are located on 7967 S Custer Road, Suite 100. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
- Be able to perform all duties of a Barista and baking
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Address customer requests quickly and in a positive manner
- Memorize entire menu and ingredients and prepare all orders according to PJ's standards
- Assist in the restocking and replenishment of inventory and supplies
- Check in deliveries
- Accept guest payment, process credit card charges, and make change
Qualifications
- Previous food service experience preferred but not required
- Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively

Compensation: $9.00 - $13.00 per hour
