PJ's Coffee in Tillman's Corner is looking for Full Time & Part Time Baristas to join our Team! We are located at 5000 Rangeline Crossing in front of Aldi.

Must be 16 Years or Older
Must Love Coffee! (specifically, PJ’s Coffee!!)
Must have an Overtly Cheerful, Friendly, Outgoing personality. It is not just about selling a cup of coffee; it is about developing long-term relationships with our customers.
Strong verbal skills and the ability to work flexible schedules in a fast-paced environment
Strong desire to make our customers happy and to provide excellent service!
Barista experience is Ok, but not required! You will be trained in the PJ’s ways of serving the best cup of coffee!
Alabama Food Handler's Card is required for Mobile County locations.
We have some great recipes - memorization skills are essential!

Qualifications

High integrity with a great attendance record
Must be willing to complete online training & commit to learning recipes & processes
Must have open availability on Fridays, Saturdays, & Sunday
Week Day Shifts are open to discussion.

Compensation is $7.50 - $13.00/hour depending on experience. Seeking team members who are driven in making GREAT tips and other incentive based bonuses!
