- Must be 16 Years or Older
- Must Love Coffee! (specifically, PJ’s Coffee!!)
- Must have an Overtly Cheerful, Friendly, Outgoing personality. It is not just about selling a cup of coffee; it is about developing long-term relationships with our customers.
- Strong verbal skills and the ability to work flexible schedules in a fast-paced environment
- Strong desire to make our customers happy and to provide excellent service!
- Barista experience is Ok, but not required! You will be trained in the PJ’s ways of serving the best cup of coffee!
- Alabama Food Handler's Card is required for Mobile County locations.
- We have some great recipes - memorization skills are essential!
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Must be willing to complete online training & commit to learning recipes & processes
- Must have open availability on Fridays, Saturdays, & Sunday
- Week Day Shifts are open to discussion.
